Starter includes hosting and an .ie domain, provided by a third party and managed by us. The rights to the domain are yours and paid through us. If you wish to cancel, we transfer the domain to you at no cost. The €25 fee covers hosting, the domain and minor changes to the site. If you stop paying we transfer the domain and the site to you, but you will no longer appear online through our hosting.

01 My studio is already listed and I never signed up. Why?
The directory was built from public Google listings so that somebody searching for a tattoo in Ireland finds every studio, not only the ones paying us. Being listed costs nothing and always will. If you would rather not be there, email us from your work address at hi@getinked.ie and we take you down within 48 hours.
02 I already have my own site. I don't want to be in the listing.
Fair enough. The listing is there to send local traffic to your studio, but if it's not for you, just email us from your work address at hi@getinked.ie and we'll remove you within 48 hours.
03 Do I need to know anything about websites?
No. You just post your work to Instagram or Facebook and it gets added to your profile automatically. Send us your photos, or point us at your Instagram, and we handle the technical side so you never have to think about it.
04 How long until I'm live?
Under 48 hours for Get Inked!, and less than a week for Starter once we have your photos. Growth takes the same week to build, then the marketing work runs from there.
05 What happens to the setup fee if I cancel?
There is no minimum term. You can leave whenever you like and we transfer the domain and the site to you at no cost. The setup fee is not refunded, because it pays for work already done: building the site, setting up the domain and getting you live. Nothing else is held back.
06 Can you guarantee I'll be first on Google?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. Nobody controls Google's results, so a guaranteed position is either luck or a lie. What we do promise is the work happening every month and a report you can actually read, showing what people searched to find you. If the numbers are not moving, we tell you before you have to ask.
07 Will you do the same for the studio down the road?
Not on Growth. We take one studio per town on that plan, because we cannot optimise two businesses for the same searches and be straight with both of them. In a city like Dublin that means one per area rather than one for the whole county. Get Inked! and Starter have no limit, since they are not competing for the same searches.
08 Is my work still mine?
Yes. Your photos and your brand belong to you, always.
